Making fresh sandwiches is successfully done by the fantastic collaboration work between the chef and the baker.
Organic foods: Use organic vegetables as many as possible and organic coffee, juice and herb teas are always available.
Our vegetables and fruits are changed according to Japan's seasons.

The Earth is facing acute environmental problems, such as global warning Hills Bread Factory Cafe has been using the eco-friendly activities to try to protect our planet and encourages people to take action to stop the environmental problems.

We try to keep packing simple and we sell original eco-bags.
We also contribute part of our sales to Rainforest Foundation Japan and we support "Love River", the eco-activities organization in Osaka.
